Begin by running a Brute Force or Demolition contract with Tibbs to unlock Tullina. Then, run an Agility, Lockpicking, or Trap disarmament contract with Tullina to unlock Nenet. Nenet does not unlock any other rogues.

To unlock the next set, begin with Karst. Run a Lockpicking, Perception, or Agility contract with Karst to unlock Huck. Next, run a Lockpicking, Brute Force, Demolition, or Engineering contract with Huck to unlock Niles. Then, run a Counter-Thaumaturgy or Deception contract with Niles to unlock Vinderi. Finally, run a Demolition, Trap Disarmament, or Engineering contract with Vinderi to unlock Gianna.
